Shipping & Returns
Returns:
For hygienic reasons, We do NOT accept returns of bedding under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. However, we understand the tactile nature of your purchase and want you to be able to experience the quality and luxury of our products beforehand. Therefore, we encourage you to consider our "try before you buy" program. Order a pillowcase or small sham from a collection in which you are interested and we WILL accept returns on the "trial" item ONLY. These returns must be made within 7 days of the ship-to date and items must be in received back to us in PERFECT condition and in their ORIGINAL packaging in order to be accepted for a full return (less the cost of shipping). We reserve the right to refuse the return should these conditions not be met. Please contact the store after ordering to make us aware of your “trial” purchase.
Damaged Returns will not be honored.
Special Order and Custom items can NOT be returned under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Other items can be returned within 7 days of the ship-to date in their original packaging for a full credit (less the cost of shipping). They must be in PERFECT condition, in their ORIGINAL packaging and returned to A. HOME prepaid and insured.
Returns mailed after 7 days will be accepted for exchange or store credit only. .
Please contact us to let us know that you plan to return a purchase prior to sending it, in order to obtain a “Return Authorization” number. We will provide you with the appropriate shipping address and a RA#. Once the item is received, we will issue you a credit back to the original form of payment.
Please be aware that if you do not follow our Return Authorization procedure and just return items to the return address on the box, we will have no way crediting you properly.
We will not be held responsible for any customer who returns items without first contacting us and following our procedures.
Shipping and Payments:
Most of our products are NOT stocked but available to ship directly to you from the manufacturer. For non-custom Matouk products, please allow approximately 14 days for these items to ship to you. Your credit card is charged upon check-out from our site or upon placement of a phone order. We will contact you to make you aware of any back-ordered merchandise or unforeseen delays and will give you the option of canceling your order at this time.
Shipping is nonrefundable and no COD returns will be accepted. Items shipping directly from our store will go UPS. Shipping methods and ship times for items coming from the manufacturer directly will vary. We will do our best to forward this information to you.
